Aveeno Baby for the OA Mom

As a mom, I always look out for different baby brands and products that will suit my daughter’s needs. Back when Robyn was younger, we had problems with her skin. She has sensitive skin and she has these dry patches here and there. I’ve tried different brands and different products just to see which works. I did find ones that worked on her and one of them was from Aveeno.

And I’m so happy that Aveeno is now easily accessible because you can now find it in the Philippines. We used to have to purchase our Aveeno products from Hong Kong. Aveeno Baby is rooted in the science of finding Therapeutic Solutions and scientifically-proven to provide tangible skin benefits.

The Aveeno Baby’s two major lines in the Philippines are the Therapeutic line and the Daily line. each line comes in the form of bod wash and soothing lotion. Moreover, it’s made up of Active Naturals ingredients, sourced from nature and uniquely formulated with Colloidal Oats.

The Active Naturals Colloidal Oats is a natural element filled with proteins, enzymes, lipid, vitamins and antioxidants, that when harvested make up a profile that exfoliates, moisturizes and protects skin from damaging external elements.

Daily Care Line:

The Daily Care line is formulated with Active Naturals Oat Extract to gently cleanse and moisturize baby’s dry-sensitive skin.

During that time when Robyn’s skin was really sensitive, the Eczema Therapy really helped her. The pediatrician said that her case wasn’t eczema and that her skin was just really dry, but I just wanted to take it a step further and try something that may actually work on her problematic skin. I can’t help but still be overprotective of her. She’s my only child and even if I may be called OA at one point or another, it doesn’t bother me.

As of now, I haven’t seen Eczema Therapy in the market just yet. But it really did help Robyn’s skin because of the thick consistency of the lotion. It was also unscented and steroid free that’s why it tamed her skin down. Hopefully Aveeno brings it here as well. But if not, I’m glad that there are other products now available for moms like myself.
