Birthday Makeup Look

My last post was my Birthday Salubong look, so I figured why not post my Birthday Makeup Look next. Again, this was taken last November 23, my real birthday. I just haven't had time to post these yet.

For my birthday, I knew I wanted a red lip. That's all I knew. I've had this thing with REDs on Birthdays. It's Chinese tradition to wear red for birthdays. And I guess being the traditional that I am, I honor it most of the time. I even wear red for my birthdays. I remember doing a Pink and Red theme for my 22nd birthday. Haha! I wore pink and reds for the whole week leading up to my birthday. Yes, I'm cray cray like that. But this year, I still wanted to incorporate it and not exactly wear red. (Hubby and my daughter wore red though). So it's red lippy for my 29th!

I can't believe that I'll be celebrating my 30th this year! There was sooo many changes this decade. It's unbelievable. I am so thankful that I am who I am today. I know that I'm wiser, better and braver. This year is my last year as a 20something and I am looking forward to everything that this year has in store for me. :)

And then for dinner, we went to Bonifacio High Street to dine at PF Chang. I wanted to change up my lipstick and make it a tad bit more intense than my prior lip color. I also decided to put my hair up in a pony because I knew it would be warm walking in BHS.

Here's a photo of me strolling High Street

If you also want to see the tools I brought with me, here's my post on my Birthday Weekend Travel Makeup. I posted all of the brushes and makeup I used for my Birthday Salubong and Birthday Look. :)
