Moringa Vanilla Oatmeal using Herbilogy Moringa Extract Powder

As a breastfeeding mom, I am no stranger to the benefits of Moringa in terms of lactation. But did you know that you can benefit from Moringa even if you're not nursing? There's so many benefits especially now that there's an ongoing pandemic.

Moringa contains many healthful compounds such as:
  1. vitamin A
  2. vitamin B1 (thiamine)
  3. B2 (riboflavin)
  4. B3 (niacin), B-6
  5. folate and ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
  6. calcium
  7. potassium
  8. iron
  9. magnesium
  10. phosphorus
  11. zinc
  12. It is also extremely low in fats and contains no harmful cholesterol.

Because of this, I try to add moringa (fresh, dried or powdered) to most of our dishes. Even ones that I serve the entire family. My kids are already used to seeing green leaves as Robyn used to call it, in their food.

One easy peasy breakfast to prepare is oatmeal. And how do I make it healthier? I add half a teaspoon of Herbilogy Moringa Extract Powder. I love this stuff because it's highly concentrated so a little bit goes a long way.

Here is a step by step tutorial how I prepare my Moringa Vanilla Oatmeal:

This Moringa Vanilla oatmeal is so easy to prepare and as I said, healthy too! Breakfast of champs indeed.

I use Herbilogy extract powders a lot and this Moringa one is a must have for my household. I make juice and add this too! Robyn actually started making her drinks and add Moringa powder too. So cute! :) If you want to order this or any other VPharma products, you may use my promo code YELLOWYUMLOVESVPHARMA and get 10% discount upon check out! :D
