BEAR by Foreo Review

Energizing workout specifically for the face? Sign me up please! That's the first thing I thought of when I learned about BEAR is it would probably have some sort of current to exercise our facial muscles. Well, that and more. BEAR by Foreo Sweden features superior microcurrent & T-Sonic™ pulsations that tighten & firm your skin for a youthful, contoured complexion. BEAR & BEAR mini are also the only at-home microcurrent devices that feature Anti-Shock System™ - a unique integrated system that eliminates any chance of the microcurrent shocking your skin - making them the safest microcurrent devices in the world! And that’s not all - BEAR™ offers more microcurrent intensities than any other at-home device, allowing you to experience a more personalized and effective treatment.

I know it's such a nifty gadget to have so let's talk about its key features.

  1.  It has that toning microcurrent technology that helps tighten and firm the skin. I was a little hesitant at first so I used a lower setting then increased it gradually.
  2. BEAR helps sculpts and contours the face. I personally really need this because my face is still puffy from all the bad food I've eaten and because I haven't gotten back to dieting since giving birth. Hehe!
  3. It gives a glowing skin. I really saw this when I used BEAR for a week and more.
  4. Just like the UFO, it also massages the face and helps the skin absorb the serum better

There's also the ANTI-SHOCK SYSTEM:

  • Ultra-Smart Sensors scan and measure the skin's resistance to electricity at a rate of 100 times per second

  • Adjusts Microcurrent Intensity automatically in just 0.002 seconds - quicker than you can even think of blinking

  • Eliminates shock, delivering unwavering quality for maximum safety and enhanced results

BEAR also requires the FOREO For You app on your phone. It signals the device to start treatment and also gives a guided facial fitness routine to maintain a naturally-lifted look.

There's an option to adjust the settings. It offers more microcurrent intensities, as I said I started it low and increased it gradually.

The Serum Serum Serum gel is best to be used with BEAR. It is a very light gel that is easily absorbed by the skin. It's not sticky and dries up pretty fast too.

What is T-Sonic Pulsations? It’s actually a low-frequency pulsation that targets areas that shows signs of aging. While microcurrent increases cellular activity by stimulating facial muscles which over time can tighten and give a natural lift.

I tend to use this product in the morning after I take my day bath. It also doesn't take long which is a major plus point for me. 2 minutes per session and you're done.

I usually feel the pulsations on my forehead. I think it differs per person. My sister tried it and said she felt the microcurrent feeling on her cheekbones. It's not painful at all, but you do feel a little tingle. That's how I would describe it. When I glide it over my forehead, I feel it more.

I pretty much just follow the tutorial on my app. It's really self explanatory and so easy to use.

There have been times I didn't have my phone with me, so I had to use my BEAR without the app since I didn't have access to it. I'm happy to tell you that you can actually still use it without the app. Turn on the gadget by pressing the power button and press it some more to adjust the microcurrent intensity setting. You may also use a different serum in case you run out.

I really noticed that my skin quality got better. It's a tad smoother and a little bit firmer too. It looks more youthful and clearer after using BEAR. The major difference that I saw is puffiness. My face doesn't look as puffy and swollen as before.

Do I recommend it? Oh yes. It goes beyond just tightening the skin. I know that it's a splurge but after using it regularly, I saw that it really helped the condition of my skin while firming my face too. Now, my goal is to have that v-shaped face. Hehe! Let's see how it goes. :)
