It has been a few months since I learned about Cathy Doll and have started using their products. I wanted to give the stage to one of my favorites from the brand, the Geisha Hanazakari Lip Matte Liquid Lipsticks.
I talked about this in one of my videos, my 3rd Quarter Favorites last 2016. I mentioned that this quickly became a favorite because of how easy it is to apply and how pigmented it is. It is wet upon application but dries to a semi-matte finish. It also give you a little wiggle time which I appreciate because there's some time to fix any mistakes.
The color glides on beautifully on the lips and it has a soft texture that helps give it a slightly-glossy finish. Yes, it isn't your typical matte finish!
What I LIKE:
- not as drying as other liquid lipsticks that I have
- very pigmented
- glides and applies easily
- I like that it's not a flat matte lipstick
- long wearing, although they do transfer and will be removed when you eat oily food.
- no cracking on the lips
- affordable at P399 only!
I DON'T LIKE:
- I just wish it was more long lasting.
