Pevonia Enzymo-Spherides Peeling Cream

Hi everyone! I’m here to give a brief review on my first Sample Room sample, Pevonia Enzymo-Spherides Peeling Cream. Wow what a mouthful, right? But basically it’s a peeling/exfoliating cream that provides moisture to the face while deeply cleaning it.
According to Sample Room, it offers encapsulated enzymes in micro-sphérides for maximum activity upon contact with your skin. Pineapple and Papaya enzymes eliminate impurities, blackheads, dead cells, sebum, and toxins as you work this cream into your skin and gain a bright, smooth complexion.

They claim that:
  1. Easy and immediate deep surface cleansing
  2. Removes dead cells, impurities, and clogging
  3. Brightens the complexion
  4. Increases absorption & results from home care products
  5. Leaves the skin refreshed, soft, and glowing

Well first off, the cream isn’t as creamy as I expected. It doesn’t actually glide on smoothly so it’s important to also damp the skin to help in spreading it.

Here is how my skin looks after cleaning it and toning it:

I applied Enzymo-Sphérides Peeling cream all over my face then with damp fingers. I gently massaged it on my skin then I left it on while taking a shower before removing it with a wet cotton pad.

Here is the result: Definitely brighter skin!

What I LIKE:

  • no redness
  • no “peeling” feeling
  • doesn’t take a long time to do
  • brighter and softer skin
What I DON”T LIKE:
  • full size is quite expensive (P3,740 for 50ml)
  • doesn’t remove black and white heads

Overall, it’s a good product. It’s so great that even though it’s a peeling cream, I experienced no redness whatsoever. I made sure to massage it really well especially on my nose area, hoping that it would deeply clean my pores. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to remove my white and black heads. However, after 3 minutes, I immediately felt how soft my skin has become! After 3 days of continuous usage, it definitely has made my skin brighter! It’s amazing that even without any makeup, my skin is more glowing. Definitely a treat for my skin! However, since I was hoping for it to really clean my pores, it really doesn’t do much on that end.

How about you? Have you tried this? There are still a couple of samples available at Sample Room if you want to try it out! 🙂
