Contour Powders

Hi ya'll! I don't know what's gotten into my Windows Live Writer, I can't seem to publish my posts so I have to reblog them again. Hay. Anywyas, if you're already subscribed to my youtube channel, you would have already seen this video.

I wanted to talk about the contours powders that I normally use. I contour every single day because I have a round face and I need to put a little dimension to make my face a little bit slimmer. ;)

So in the video, I wanted to compare the two contour powders namely Fanny Serrano in Rajah and LuLu Makeup's Bronx Duo

I have been using my Fanny Serrano Two Way Cake in Rajah for more than a year now. It's one of the powders that gave good coverage and it was about two to three shades darker than my skin tone so I felt it was great for contour.

And then, I just recently discovered and fell in love with LuLu Makeup's Bronx Duo. The shade I thought was perfect because it was in the brownish gray color that I felt was more natural looking.

Like I said in the video, I'll keep my Fanny Serrano Two Way Cake because it's a nice bronzer color, but I would definitely use the contour powder of the Bronx Duo.

How about you? What contour powder do you use? :)

  2. I haven't tried contouring! I love Fanny Serrano Two way Cake Foundation but I'm only using Silk. Never really thought of getting a darker shade for contouring. Thanks for sharing!

BTW, I hope you could join my First Blog Giveaway. :)

  3. I really like the texture of Fanny Serrano because it's really smooth and creamy and it glides to the skin really smoothly, that's why I tried getting a darker shade for my contour. :)
