Cheers to the long weekend and let's welcome December with a big bang! I can't believe it's already December. A few days to go, it's already Christmas. Well if you're already planning your Christmas gifts, you might want to consider giving scented candles.

This is my current obsession! I've been hoarding candles nonstop ever since we moved to our new place. Who doesn't want a fragrant home right? So far I've tried 2 brands and I actually decided to give one of the brands to my friend when she celebrated her birthday last August.

If you want to check out my blog post about Alice Blue, click here. What I like most about it is that you don't need to light it every single time. They also have a good selection of scents, I prefer choosing something mild for my bedroom and something stronger for the bathroom. My favorites would have to be- Oakmoss & Sage and Rosebush for bedroom, Red Currant for bathroom. The next scent that I want to try is Lavender..I really like this brand a lot and I think it's actually worth the money.

I boought Betty Crocker scented candles as well to give them a try. I purchased them from S&R. They were on SALE at P299 for a big jar! That's quite a steal. When I tried sniffing it, I loved the smell immediately. So obviously, I had to purchase a batch and try for myself. I got Blueberry Pie for the kitchen/dining, and it smells really nice. I also bought Pineapple Sorbet for the bathroom. Well let's just say it's not as strong as Alice Blue, but then again it's half the price or so!

Well I still recommend Alice Blue. But like what I think I would still try out other brands just to check if there are other cheaper alternatives but still great quality. :) If you have any suggestions, do let me know. I'm still open to purchasing more! :) Haha!

If I were asked what my favorite Filipino cosmetic brands are, Snoe is definitely at the top of my list. Why? They’ve got innovative, great quality products and really cute packaging! Did I mention they’re affordable too?
I was pleased to be invited to another event. This is my 3rd time to go to Snoe’s event. Even though my schedule was pretty tight that day, I still made sure that I’m present that day. I was so excited to see what they have in store. Plus they also mentioned in their invite that they will be showcasing the Past, Present and the Future products of Snoe.
Jen, founder of Snoe, talked about the past products of Snoe, meaning the current ones that they have. Good news is that they have so much more planned for us. Just these coming months, they will be launching new skin care products and cosmetics. Bad news? They will be phasing out a couple of their “past” products. Jen didn’t tell us which products they were though.

Looking back at how they started with just key or essential products, it’s so nice to see how Snoe has grown. I was telling Jen that I find it amazing how they launch a new product almost every single month! They don’t stop working. 😉

A lot of beauty bloggers, old and new, were present in the event! It was great seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones!

A new project was also introduced to us, Peace Love Happiness and Cosmetics. The idea is for the customer to customize whatever product she wants. She can even sell it and relabel it. It’s like a wholesale idea. It’s great for those people who are looking into creating their own brand but would want someone to do or make products for them or simply for those people who are looking for souvenirs or gifts this Christmas. Check their facebook page to know more.

I went around and checked their products. It’s like a candy store and I want them all! 😀 I have been using Snoe products ever since I learned abut the brand. Unfortunately, I have to put a pause to some of the products that I’m using because I’m pregnant and they’re not safe for pregnant women (i.e. whitening products)

Now I know some of you really want to know what they have in store for us in the coming months. Well here’s a sneak peek at the products they’re working on. They asked for our opinions on them, feedback and what products we would want for their “future”.
Eyeliners, Eyebrow liners, Lipstains, Powder Foundation (2 Way), Liquid Foundation, False Eyelashes, Fragrance
I personally told Jen and Gen that I’m hoping they’d come out with Dry Shampoo. As you know, I will be giving birth next year and I’ve been hunting for dry shampoos available here in the Philippines. Us Fil-Chi have this thing called “ge lai” and I will probably do that- or at least try as much as I can. So I’m looking for a good dry shampoo that I can use during that period when I can’t take a bath just yet.
Of course, an event is not an event without photos with other bloggers!

So the theme was Past, Present and the Future. We were asked to wear something futuristic. Well it was a hard attire to pull off. But I really liked Iya‘s interpretation. Love the dress!

Here’s Jen of Snoe, rocking her glittery ourfit! Loves it!!!

And the very helpful Nikki. She was sweet and uber friendly! She assisted me and showed me all the products of Snoe.

Here’s the other beauty of Snoe, Gen. She’s also pregnant like me. I had so much fun talking with her. We’re on the same month! 🙂 Isn’t she glowing?

As for me, I honestly didn’t have any futuristic outfit. And most of my clothes don’t fit me anymore. So I just opted for a midnight blue dress and put my hair up in a pony. And just went all out on my eye makeup!

As for my accessories, I just wore my The Little Things She Needs earrings and as always wore my love rings as a necklace. 🙂

More product reviews and demos on the way! 😀 Thanks Snoe for another wonderful event! Till the next one!
