Okay, before I even start with this blog post, let me just warn you that this may be TMI for some people. TMI or “too much info“. So if you continue reading this, just know that you were warned. Haha!
I wanted to share with you my review of Snoe’s Oh My Wash! Intimate Wash. I actually remember that when I attended Snoe’s first blogger event and they asked us for recommendations and suggestions, I actually requested for a feminine wash! So obviously, when they finally come out with one, I was one of the people who lined up and made sure to buy a bottle.
Oh My Wash! Intimate Wash
The Supermodel

Oh My Wash! is clinically formulated to gently and thoroughly cleanse and refresh while protecting against infection, itching, odor and irritation. It protects while maintaining the natural pH level of your most intimate parts. Sulfate-free and contains no harmful chemicals, making you feel confident, sexy and free! Oh My Wash!

I would say that “mine” is pretty sensitive so I usually go for natural products to use. Prior to Oh My Wash, I only use Skin Hour’s Organic Bath Bar. I have tried other feminine washes available in the market but I find that they give me irritations and I don’t think I’m “hiyang” to them, that’s why I go back to using natural products.
Oh My Wash! is very mild, I had no problems with it whatsoever. It doesn’t sting; no irritation. It has a good lather considering that it’s sulfate-free and no ingredients that are harmful. It also has this minty feel which I really like a lot because I feel cleaner and fresher down there. It keeps me feeling clean all day! (Don’t I sound like an ad? Haha!) I also chose The Supermodel because I felt like it was the best scent that suits my personality.
I don’t see any downside to this product! I guess it’s pretty obvious that I’m addicted to it. Oh another plus side, I’ve had my bottle for about a month now and I have only consumed about half of the bottle. 🙂 I wonder if you’ve seen this product yet? There are 4 variants, The Supermodel, The Beauty Queen, The Girl Next Door and The Marilyn. Which one are you? 🙂

You've probably seen how long my hair already is. I don't really get haircuts a lot, I think mainly because I'm too lazy to go to the salon. I received David's Salon cash vouchers from Bloggers United last December. I saved it for until my hair reaches my waist. I challenged myself to grow it to my waist (unfortunately it didn't.) Haha!

This is how long my hair was!

So after I got back from my Roxas trip, I decided to drop by David's Salon New Alimall branch. I chose to get a medium length hair because I don't like "fly aways" and I never really thought short hair suits me.

Miss Ruby who was my hairstylist that day gave me layers and even front layers to frame my face. She also gave me side swept bangs to cover my forehead. Haha! And also for more style in the front.

As for my hair treatment, I got Protein Treatment. It's better than just the regular hot oil treatment because they said that the effects stay longer. I think that this is true, I felt like my hair remained very soft even after 4 days after treatment. But you know what, it smelled so similar to Sensoria.

So anyways, here's the result:

I liked the length of my cut but realized that my side swept bangs is a little distracting. Haha! But I can always just use a hair clip. :)

What do you guys think? It's so great that I got it cut because it's been sooo hot lately. I'm not really scared of cutting it this short because my hair grows relatively fast. :) Thank you for all those who tweeted me and posted on my facebook hair suggestions!

I received Colour Collection Colour Intense Eyeshadow Trio in Ivy Blooms a couple of months ago and have used it in one of my tutorials. I really like the color combination because I feel like it's perfect for the summer.

It was my first time to try Colour Collection eyeshadows and didn't know how pigmented they are! They're very pigmented and creamy. I had to make sure to tap off the excess before applying the color to my lids. The eyeshadows are affordable yet really good quality!

Here are some photos of my photos from the tutorial that I did using the trio. :)

I'm very happy with the quality of the eyeshadows and since it's a comapct size, it's very easy to bring along everywhere! I wonder if they have other trios too. I'll definitely want to try other colors also!

Have you tried other products from Colour Collection? How do you like them?

Hi everyone! Yes yes yes, I’m still alive and kicking! I’ve been so so busy lately ever since I got back. I was quite busy with work because I had to finish backlogs then we also have to fix and design our unit and to top everything off, my internet at home sucks BIG TIME! I’m thinking of switching actually.
I’m sure everyone living in the Philippines would agree with me that “This is the hottest summer ever!” Literally; I’m not even talking about guys and girls  but the weather. The heat really hurts the skin and even ice cream melts so fast- that’s how hot it is.
I’m one who prefers to stay on the fairer skin tone. I’m actually not that white or light compared to say, my mum. I’m NC30 normally. I used to be so dark when I was younger. I would always get teased because I was the only dark one in our family. I feel like I get dark really really fast. When I stay outdoors even after 15 minutes, I already get dark. Because of this, I usually prefer indoors and I don’t really go sunbathing or tanning.
Just recently, I went to Roxas City and since I knew that we will be outdoors and will also be hitting the beach, I decided to bring the highest SPF I have. I brought Snoe SunTervention.
They’re not kidding when they said it’s “serious sun protection”.  SunTervention has SPF80++. It has a broad spectrum uva/uva block.
  • It prevents skin aging, including lines and wrinkles, uneven texture and tone, breakdown of collagen and elastin, bron spots.
  • Delivers a synergistic UV flitering system with long-lasting broad-spectrum protection to deliver outstanding efficacy against UVA & UVB rays on the skin’s surface.

Honestly, I really really love that it has SPF80++. I even feel like I didn’t get too dark even though it was scorching hot. Also, I don’t feel like it leaves white cast. I used it for my face and my entire body. It also applies really well. The skin absorbs the sunblock fast too.

I think the only thing that I don’t like about it is that it feels and smells like an ordinary sunblock. It’s not like Here Comes The Sunblock because I find that SunTervention is a little sticky (just like an ordinary sunblock).

It’s also smells like an ordinary sunblock too. I prefer the scent of Here Comes the Sunblock. This reminds me of the smell of swimming pool. I don’t mind though, I think because I’m used to it.

Overall, even though I like Here Comes The Sunblock better in terms of the smell and the less-sticky feeling,  I would definitely recommend Snoe SunTervention and use it especially for when I know I will be out in the sun the for a long period of time. Imagine a sunblock that has SPF80++! And because of this, I really felt that I did protect my skin.

Hey everyone! Since I’m on my trip, I realized I haven’t shared my Subic and Angeles vlog here in my blog yet. This was the first time I tried vlogging and I actually enjoyed sharing the things that we did during my trip. My husband and I decided to go to Subic to shop and eat. We love shopping in Subic because imported items are usually cheaper there. They have so many Duty Free stores!!! Also, we already have our favorite restaurants in Subic.
We also decided to visit Angeles to go to the 17th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in Clark. It was our first time to go to Angeles and it was actually just a coincidence that the festival was around the same time we were going to Subic and since Subic and Angeles are neighbors, we decided to go to the festival too.
So you will see our favorite restaurants, where we shop (I wasn’t able to take videos inside the stores because cameras aren’t allowed) and see what the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is all about!
DAY 1: Subic (Beauty Credit & Duty Free Stores) – February 7, 2012
DAY 2: Subic (More Shopping & Food) – February 8, 2012

DAY 3:  Subic/Angeles (Aling Lucing’s Sisig) – February 9, 2012

DAY 4: Clark, Angeles (17th Hot Air Balloon Fiesta) – February 10, 2012
Hope you guys enjoyed the videos! Don’t forget to subscribe to my youtube channel for more videos and be updated when I have new vlogs and videos! 🙂

I know a lot of people have been waiting for my Snoe SunTervention Bloggers Convention. Sorry it took awhile but here it is! Very excited to share with you what happened during the event.

It was supposed to be a summer theme, unfortunately it rained and got humid. But that did not stop us from having so much fun! Why not? Girls, makeup, skin care, hot men, so many chickas!

They gave us tropical drinks as we enter and there were booths that showcase their new products. I was able to try the newest Hair Heroes Extreme. It smelled so wonderful! The other bloggers were able to wear the false eyelashes of Snoe.

I loved the summery feel of the designs and interiors! I told Lan that really went all out and stepped it up from last year’s event! Although last year’s event was really great too. An event I’d remember because since then, Snoe has become one of my favorite local brands.

The event was hosted by Nyan Volante. Yes, she is Nyoy’s sister. 🙂 She did a great job actually. We were all entertained with her upbeat persona.

Then Jen Diaz, CEO of Snoe, took the floor and showed us what’s new in Snoe. They have so many new products and are also formulating more!

Some of the new products of Snoe
 SunTervention Serious Sun Protection
SPF 80++
The star of the show! It’s summer and a lot of us are going to the beach or going out in the sun, so it’s so important to protect our skin from sun damage, cancer and other sickness caused by the heat of the sun.
I’ll be doing a First Look post about it soon. 🙂
 Oh My Wash! Intimate Wash
This is what I have been waiting for! I was so excited when I learned that they have 4 different scents to choose from! Review coming up as well. 🙂
 Star Night Star Bright
Their newest toner! I might try this one out since Shen said that it’s really good. 🙂 I haven’t tried it yet though, but it looks promising.
Hair Heroes Extreme
The newest addition to Hair Heroes! It is enriched with Emu and Acai. According to the Snoe team, this variant has a straightening balm to make your hair straighter and shinier. I actually tried this and I loved the smell. I remember Donnarence and I kept talking about it.
For entertainment, some sales agents from Snoe’s team showcased their fire dancing skills!!!

Another special activity? Well, let’s just say it got really really HOTTTT!

Some of the bloggers were picked to apply the new SunTervention sunblock on the hot papas! And well, yeah apparently I was one of those ladies. Haha!

And to put the sunblock to good use, the boys took a dip in the pool and another batch of ladies were picked to dry them up! Haha!

Moving on, there were also games for the bloggers.

 Aya

 Gen

 Irene, Martha and Tara

We were also given Snoe Money, which is basically gift certificates to use to buy our own Snoe products.
 My friend Katherine

I really had such a great time especially meeting new people who share the same passion as me.

 with Bec, Gie, Janine
It was so nice to see the other bloggers that I met from the event last year and I’m glad to have met other bloggers too.

 with Aya
I was also able to meet a sweet reader of mine, Kim. Here’s a photo of us together with Irene, Kim’s sister in law. 🙂

Snoe is definitely one of my most favorite local brands! Well thought of products, uber cute packaging and really good quality!
And here’s a picture of me, my friend Katherine and Jen and Lan of Snoe. We missed you Gen!

As for the things that I bought, here they are:

Hair Heroes Intense Argan oil
Oh My Wash! in The Supermodel
SunTervention SPF 80++
Snoe Magic Apple Whitening Scrub
Snoe White Whitening Detox Clay Mask
