I’m excited to review this product. When I found out about this from the
launch, I became really ecstatic. I haven’t been trying anything new for my hair and when I learned that this was a clarifying product, I got really curious. I haven’t heard of such a thing.
Clarifying shampoo is used to remove residue, product build-up and dirt from the hair and the scalp. Hair products like hairsprays, mousses, and gels usually leave residue on the hair making our usual hair products seem to be ineffective. Aside from that, it also leaves the hair lifeless, dull and sometimes even unmanageable! So it’s best to use a clarifying shampoo to clarify and restore life to our hair and scalp.
I have been using this product for months now and I can really say that I love i! I use it once a week as suggested and it really works!
What I LIKE:
- only need to use it once a week to thoroughly clarify the head
- really clarifies the hair
- helps improve the effectiveness of my regular shampoo
- no scent whatsoever
- cleans the hair very well
- very affordable only P200
What I DON”T LIKE:
- cleans the hair very well- it leaves the hair feeling brittle and dry. But after using your ordinary shampoo the next day, the hair goes back to its normal shiny and soft state. 🙂
I highly recommend this product! I wouldn’t know what to do if I even run out. It really helps clarify my scalp- no to itchy and dry scalp! And it saves me from buying so many shampoos just to make sure they work. Don’t take my word for it and give it a try yourself. 🙂

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share my Favorite Finds for Lips! I am a huge believer of changing up lip colors to give you different looks. One of the parts of our face that some people tend to forget to take care of is the lips. But in reality, the lips show one's age. So caring for it shall not be overlooked.
I have only a few favorite finds. I have one lip care and one lipstick. Even though I have used a lot of different lip products last year, these were the ones that I consider my "favorites".
Lip Care:
Since weather changes ever so often, I find my lips getting dry and chapped sometimes. Hurraw to the rescue! I love this lip balm and it's definitely my all time favorite lip balm as it moisturizes, conditions and leave my lips so kissable. I love all the unique flavors and best of all, they're organic! It's non-toxic and no preservatives so I don't get scared when I kiss my daughter on the lips.
So far my favorite flavor is Earl Grey. It's not strong and it just perks me up! :)
Lipstick/Lipgloss:
BYS Lipgloss and Lipstick Duo in Dusty Rose
I actually haven't made a formal review on this yet but I've had this for awhile. This is by far the best MYBB (My Lips But Better) lip color for me, in my opinion. It's the perfect nudish pink shade. I am in love with it!
I love the consistency and texture of the lipstick. It glides on ever so smoothly. It's pretty moisturizing too. The color is the perfect pinkish lip shade. It's so easy to pair with any makeup look. The only thing is that I wish it was more long wearing, but other than that, it's great!
The gloss isn't that sticky, although you can still feel that you indeed are wearing gloss. It's pretty pigmented too. You can wear it alone if you prefer. I also tried wearing this with my other pinkish lipsticks and it works fine!
I love both the lipstick and the gloss. I wear just the lipstick alone and it looks amazing. I wear the lipgloss alone and still it looks great, but the combination of the two is just perfect!
Here's a swatch:
I hope you like these 2 favorite finds for the lips! Do share your favorite finds too! I'll be glad to try out new products this 2014!

Happy Sunday! Hope you're all having a fabulous weekend. It's the start of another week tomorrow and I cannot wait. We're planning another Baguio vacation soon so I'm psyched! ;) Anyway, I wanted to jumpstart the week with my Favorite Finds! Today, I will be sharing all about Face.
Foundation:
The foundation that gave me smooth and flawless looking skin. The consistency is just right, it's not too heavy not too light. It looks natural, like I was just born with flawless skin. But it does a good job in covering up some parts I want to cover. It photographs beautifully too!
Powder:
Maybelline Pure Pact Mineral Powder
I don't wear liquid foundation everyday. I'm more of a powder foundation kind of girl. And so when I choose my powder, coverage is very important. The Pure Pact Mineral gives awesome coverage given that it's only powder! You can use it wet or dry but even dry, it still covers my freckles and redness. I don't have to retouch every hour too. I would usually retouch after 8 hours and just use a setting or loose powder as the powder foundation would still look great (except for my tzone).
Bronzer:
Physicians Formula Bronze Booster
I hate that some bronzers look too muddy. This is just perfect! It has 4 different shades to choose from. Although I personally mix them together to get that perfect color for bronzing. I use it on my cheeks, temples and jawline. I also use the lightest shade to highlight the tops of my cheekbones. It has little shimmer but it's not too noticeable.
Blush:
Benefit Coralista
I tend to stick with pink blushes, I just feel like it's the safest because it suits any makeup. However, with yellow undertone women I also love peach. Benefit Coralista tops my list! It's a perfect peachy pink shade that has gold flecks. It looks beautiful on yellow skin. It looks very natural, pinched cheeks even. It gives warmth to the face and the gold shimmer makes the face look even more glowing!
That's it for my Favorite Finds for the Face. I love reading posts like this. Share yours too! :)

Here is the first installment of my Party Planning series. I have already started party planning way back September 2013. I knew that the first thing to book should be the venue.
Santuario de San Jose
There were only 2 chapels we were looking at, because location was also very important. We eventually decided on SSJ because it was the chapel we were already familiar with and most of our families already knew where it was located since that’s where H and I got married. I also love how intimate the baptism room is. It’s a private ceremony and it only lasts for about 15-20 minutes.
Contact No: (02) 725-2044
Rate: P2,000 includes officiating priest and 2 main sponsors. Additional P50 for each sponsor.
Greenmeadows Clubhouse
We tried looking at other clubhouses but nothing compared to Greenmeadows. This was big enough for our families and friends, the games and still have enough room to move in. It was newly renovated so it looks new and clean. They have high ceiling which is great for drapes and balloon decors. The location was also perfect! It is in a private subdivision though, so you can only book the venue if a tenant can endorse you. I felt like it worked out pretty great because this also serves as security for us.
Sorry I don’t have any photos of the venues. I wasn’t able to take photos when I visited. Do stay tuned for the next part where I talk about party themes. 🙂

First of all, Happy New Year! It's 2014! How time flies. I know I haven't been blogging lately. I've been so busy with all the festivities and the celebrations plus Robyn is now quite a handful as she crawls here and there, cruises from one point to another. It's crazy how I cannot keep her still!
I do plan on blogging about my Favorite Finds for 2013 to jumpstart 2014. I'll be doing that soon. :) For today, let me share with you my nail polish of choice for last month's festivities.
Orly in OMG
It's a bright pinkish red shade perfect for the season. I also see myself using this on April-May when it's already summer. It's such a happy color which you can never go wrong using. :)
Let me know if you have other polish suggestions. I'm already planning on what I'll wear for Robyn's party. ;)
