Fight the Carbs with CarbTrim

Let's face it, as we age it becomes more difficult to lose unwanted weight. That's just part of life, a sad fact. I have tried different diets before and the only somewhat easy way was to lessen carbs. I say "somewhat" because come on, who can say no to a plate of pasta, a piece of bread or half cup of rice. We're Filipinos and we all love our rice.

Thank God we can now stop worrying and not be afraid of carbs anymore for there is CarbTrim.

CarbTrim works by preventing the alpha-amylase enzymes in our body system from breaking down carbohydrates from starchy food (e.g. rice, bread, pasta) into sugar. It reduces the glycemic Index and caloric impact from food; minimizing the conversion of starch-to-sugar-to-fat and thus help in reducing body weight, fat mass and waist and thigh circumference.
Carbtrim turns blocked carbohydrates into long-chain fiber. Since the human body does not absorb fiber, it just passes through our digestive system and comes out as waste.

I have tried drinking this and been taking this on and off. (I don't drink iced tea regularly.) And I can say that this tastes exactly like iced tea. I love it! It doesn't taste at all like a dietary drink which normally tastes like bleh. It compliments any food you take.

I find that it helps you feel fuller but you won't see a significant change in your weight just yet. I didn't lose weight but I didn't gain either even though I have been eating quite a lot of carbs. It doesn't keep me awake at night also which probably means it doesn't have high content of caffeine.

Best part is that it's so handy! Just add one sachet to your water, whether it be hot or cold and drink away! :)

I got mine from SampleRoom. Hopefully they'll restock again and you can order your samples! It's so yummy that even my husband who's a "diet snob" likes it. ;)

Let me know what you think. Try it out and taste for yourself.
