Johnson & Johnson’s Event

I was supppeeerrr excited to go to the Johnson & Johnson’s event last Wednesday at the Edsa Shangrila Hotel that even though it was pouring hard, I still went. Plus the LuLu girls were going to be reunited and ya’ll know how much I love spending time with my ladies, Say and Janica.

2/3 of the LuLu Girls

Janica & Say

Anyways, I got to the event around 12nn and I was actually just in time! The program started with the talented singer-harpist, Noelle Cassandra, serenading the crowd while we enjoyed our food.

And my lunch:

Janica & I

You should probably know that my favorite hotel buffet is Heat. So I got so excited when I saw that some dishes offered in Heat were served in the event, like their salmon and dessert.

Ms. Rizel Aquino, marketing head of J&J,  first welcomed us to the event. She mentioned that Johnson & Johnson’s is very excited to have Ms. Judy Ann Santos as their newest endorser for the Baby Milk Bath line.

And I was pleasantly surprised when the host of the day walked out, it was Ms. Angel Jacob. I love her hosting style. She’s very cheery, sweet, witty and she just does her hosting job really well.

Did you know that Angel already has a 17 year old daughter? I was stunned! And I think everyone was surprised. Look how gorgeous and young looking she is.

So without further ado, Ms. Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo was presented to us as their newest addition to the Johnson & Johnson’s team.

Before I babble about the interview and what I learned about her, I have to say that I wasn’t exactly a fan of hers but ever since she got married to Ryan and I saw how real she is, I just realized she is a true and genuine person.

She’s actually into drifting just like her husband is. But of course, when she got pregnant, she stopped and focused on her family. She actually started trying different brands for bath time for her kids but she realized nothing beats something that has already been proved time and time again- Johnson & Johnson. She feels safer knowing that it’s dermatologically tested and is safe even for babies. So J&J getting her as an ambassador is extremely overwhelming for Juday.

Her favorite Baby Milk Bath is not just for her kids. She also enjoys using it and she makes sure to pack one for Ryan as well. Juday has three toiletry bags. One for her home, one- she brings with her for her taping and one as back up. And all of those toiletries never run out of J&J’s Baby Milk Bath.

She was asked what she’s been upto nowadays aside from taking care of her kids, she is actually the host of Junior Masterchef and she also finished a 6 month course for culinary training. She says that she really is fulfilled now that she knows she has a balanced life.

Her favorite bonding moment with the kids? Bath time. It’s her “alagang sandali” because they get to connect when they play during bath time. It’s her quiet moment with her children and it’s her favorite time of the day.

When asked what she loves most about Baby Milk Bath, she gushes and says “naliligo ako ng gatas”. (She’s sooo funny!) She likes using it for her kids because of the no more tears formula and for herself because not only does Baby Milk Bath smell good, but it’s very moisturizing too.

Finally, she was asked by a fellow blogger what her 3 must do’s are for her kids. First is she must be the one to prepare their food especially because Lucho is still a baby. She mixes vegetables with fruits or brown rice. Secondly, she talks to Yohann, her daughter, what she wants to eat the next day. For her, it’s their mother and daughter moment. Lastly, she makes sure that they go to church together and they pray before eating.

When the program ended, Ms. Tina Sabares told us that we could meet and greet Judy Ann. So Janica, Say and I headed to the meet and greet room to get our photos taken with her.

Can I just  add this little trivia? When we walked up to her for our photo, I can’t help but smell her. At first I thought it was her perfume, she smelled soooo good. When I got the press kit, apparently it’s Johnson & Johnsons’s Baby Milk Bath. Juday sure smelled heavenly. So I can’t wait to use mine!

And here’s the little press kit J&J gave us. I’ll talk about it and review it separately. But I can’t wait to smell as good as Juday! :)

Playing with Purple, Blue, Green Eyeshadow

I have been trying to upload this video for sooooo long, and finally now, it's up!

Anyways, I wanted to mix my favorite eyeshadow colors together (purple, blue and green) so here's what I came up with.

Watch the video here:

Can't think of a better title as of now. I know it's such a boring title. :/ But as it suggests, I played with my favorite eyeshadow colors blue, green and purple. They're my favorite coz they look quite nice with my dark brown eyes. It's an intermediate level when it comes to makeup application and blending. But as always, practice makes perfect!

I have no idea why my audio (the first part where I talk) does not match the video. Hate it. ;/ But you get the drill.

Products Used:

Skin Hour Mattifying Day Cream
LuLu Makeup Corrector Wheel
Max Factor Panstick in True Beige
Modelco Eyebrow Design Kit in Dark
MAC Browset in Beguile
Loreal True Match Foundation in Golden Beige
MAC Hyper Real in Medium
LuLu Makeup Beverly Hills Palette
LuLu Makeup Gel Eyeliner in Black
False Eyelashes from Landmark
Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara
Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara
Fanny Serrano Artist Box
Clinique Lipstick in Bamboo Pink

The Feathered earcuff I used is by Iza Artillero. Cute isn't it?

Here are close up photos of my eyes:

And the entire look:

Hope you guys like!

Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo

Since I’m having a hard time uploading the event post because it’s quite photo heavy. I decided to post a different topic first, but still from the Johnson & Johnson’s event. :)

I was able to take a couple of photos of Ms. Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo upclose so I wanted to share with you her makeup for the Johnson & Johnson’s event where she was introduced as the newest ambassador for J&J Baby Milk Bath.

Her makeup was very simple. She chose to use gold, tan and brown eyeshadow and kept her face neat and just used bronzer.

Juday has always been known to have sculpted or well contoured face and I actually love how her makeup artist does it. Bronzer and a darker shade of powder is used to achieve it. I also like how neat her brows are. A shade almost the same as her hair color is used for her eyebrows to make it natural looking. For me, I think powder is the best thing to use.

Lastly for the lips, she chose to use a purple-plum lip shade because it just looks like a healthier pair of lips. She looks flawless.

Do you guys like her makeup? What do you think?

I have a lot of pending videos that I need to edit and upload. For now, I hope this blog post would do. :)

Deserted Pink Look

Hi everyone! Surprise surprise! I made my first youtube video.:) *clap clap clap*  Well I'm sure I already have mentioned time and time again how much I wanted to try and vlog and try and make a video but I just couldn't because a) I have no guts to film myself yet. b) I don't have time to edit videos and upload them as it takes forever to finish. But I really wanted to give it a shot, so I did.

I have to say I admire vloggers as editting really takes hours! My hubby got home and saw that my eyes were red- all from focusing and looking at the computer the whole day. And since it's my first time editting, it took me more than 5 hours I think. Haha! But I'm pretty happy with the result. Still have flaws here and there but I think it would suffice for now. Heck that's about 10 hours of my time in there! Haha! :p But seriously, I really want to learn and of course improve.

So here is the look that I did a tutorial of:

Watch the video here or visit my youtube channel by clicking here:

Sorry for the wrong spelling of Desert in the title page. Didn't notice it before uploading. :p

Products mentioned are:
Maybelline BB Cream
Maybelline Clear Smooth Minerals in Buff
LuLu Makeup Corrector Wheel (buy it at
Max Factor Panstick in True Beige
Fashion 21 Loose Powder #6
LuLu Makeup Madrid Palette (buy it at
Elianto Soft Yellow E/S
Etude House Bling Bling Eyestick in Yellow
Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara
Modelco Eyebrow Designer Kit in Dark
MAC Browset in Beguile
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in Caramel
LuLu Makeup Beverly Hills Palette (buy it at
Etude House Soft Beam Highlighter

I named it Deserted Pink because I was inspired with really warm colors like brown, tan and yellow. I immediately thought of the desert and that I knew that I'd love the look because of the nice blending of the colors. I just used pink lipshade because I wanted it to be kind of neutral and just complimentary to the eye makeup.

Here are some more photos of the look:

And with flash:

So that's it for my first video! I hope it's okay. Do give me comments and suggestions too. I'd appreciate it. :) So yes please subscribe to my youtube channel. My name's msyellowyum in youtube because yellowyum has already been taken. :( Oh by the way, I also changed my twitter name to MsYellowYum from CharYellowYum for consistency. I don't want my readers to keep track of so many different names. So yes, follow me on twitter via @MsYellowYum. :)

Thanks guys and I'd love to hear from you! :)
