HMN 2nd Leg: Malaysia (Part 1)

Let’s continue with my reverse blogging of our honeymoon, shall we? The second leg was in Malaysia. When we got to our hotel, Royal Bintang, there was only one room available for us. It had twin beds. We still got it because we were already tired and the receptionist assured us we will get our “real” room the next day.

Next morning, we finally moved to our real room. This would probably be my most favorite hotel room during our honeymoon. It's big, nice, and not so expensive.

The hotel was just close to shopping malls in Bintang Walk. So we would just stroll around that area so it’s close to the hotel just in case we get tired.

Cheesy moments

Next day was a FAIL day for us. Hehe! We woke up quite late, around 9am perhaps?! We were supposed to go to Petronas Tower and when we got there (after a super long walk and several MRT stops), it was closed. Apparently, Petronas is closed during Mondays. Grr! My back was killing me so we decided to just visit the other spots in the area. We went to Aquaria in KLCC. This reminds me of another water world in Siam Paragon in Bangkok.

There’s a huge aquarium (Manila Ocean Park has one too) where you would different kinds of sea creatures. We even saw them being fed- they call it “feeding time”.

Now it was time to face my fears- sharks. We had to go inside a shark tunnel. And it scares the hell out of me!

I made sure to walk and stay in the center at all times. I asked my husband to hold the camera because I didn’t want to do anything else but focus on staying on the center.

We also went to Chinatown. But it was a little boring. We ended up buying chocolate and went home and just watched TV.

That’s it for the first part. Wait for the second part. I promise it would be soooo good! I’ll be talking about our favorite thing in Malaysia! Guess where/what that is. :)
