Loreal White Perfect

Hey guys! How are you? I’m doing pretty well and really excited that my birthday’s coming up in a few weeks. But I’m also currently busy. Not just with the backlogs I told you about, but because we’ll be at the SuperSale Bazaar at The Grove, Pasig this coming November 19-21. So we’re preparing for the bazaar.

Anyway, I was so psyched when I saw this gold box sitting on my table.

Loreal White Perfect day Cream

Love the super nice and neat packaging!

Here’s what’s inside:

 Looks like frosting! ;)

Discover how 1 DROP can be 50X MORE Powerful with Loreal White Perfect!
I actually got the package Loreal sent me last week, but haven’t had time to review it so far because I have just started using it this week.

According to the kit, it gives us:

- More transparent skin, since it’s enrinched with Melanin-Vanish. White Perfect cream helps reduce spots and visibly brighten skin tone for a more transparent skin.
- Healthier, more radiant glow. White Perfect contains Tourmaline Gemstone which is known to help stimulate skin microcirculation, to help give skin a more rosy glow.
- Protection against skin darkening. The cream in enrinched with powerful UV filters, so get protected against UV induced darkening and appearance of brown spots.

I wanted to show you my bare face. I took the photo after washing off any trace of makeup and I have already toned my face, sans moisturizer. So you have an idea how I look and how my skin is before using Loreal White Perfect.

Here’s a little something something about my skin.
I have combination skin, meaning my tzone area gets oily and the other areas of my face not so. I have sensitive skin meaning using different products sometimes give me allergies. It leaves red bumps on my face. I don’t have problematic skin. I’m not acne prone. Thanks to the genes of my parents. I only get the occasional pimples. I have a few brown spots which I think is from not wearing any sunscreen back when I was younger. My eyelids are very oily. My skin is quite soft again thanks to my parents. I actually like it. But I get blackheads and whiteheads all over my nose easily. :(

So far I don’t have a lot of problems with my skin. But of course a lighter skin tone and a more radiant glow doesn’t hurt right?
Sample of my brown spots :(

A few bumps here and there

I have already used Loreal White Perfect for almost a week now and so far I haven’t seen much changes yet. So I will be reviewing it next time because I want to give a good review about it.

For now, I just want to share my thoughts on the product.
1. I love that it doesn’t have a strong smell. I don’t like putting too scented products on my face. I just feel like there’s too much chemicals.
2. The cream is a little thick. So I suggest applying a small amount and blending it evenly with your fingertips.
3. It has a mattifying effect. From my experience, within 4 hours, my face hasn’t oiled up yet. But after about 7 hours, here’s how my face is:

So you can see that my tzone and even my cheeks have a little bit of oil already.

4. The cream doesn’t leave a white cast. So it can actually be worn without makeup.
5. I have tried using it and stopped using my Skin Hour Mattifying Day Cream to see the effect. So it acts as my makeup base.
6. One jar can last for months! Btw, it’s P595.
7. White Pefect has SPF17.

So I will be sharing my review about it in a week or two so I can continue roadtesting it. I do hope it lightens my brown spots. And if it could even lighten my skin tone, that would be puurrfecctt! :)

Just want to remind you to join my Birthday Giveaway Contest! Again, here are the prizes to be won!
